Featuring Contrinex’s proven Condet® technology, all weld-immune sensors are capable of withstanding high-intensity magnetic fields, and are ideal for the hostile working environments found in automotive factories and other industrial welding plants. S600 devices feature impact-resistant metal bodies and temperature-resistant sensing faces in a high-strength PEEK polymer; their S700 full-inox counterparts have one-piece stainless-steel housings and sensing faces. Both are true Factor 1 sensors, sensing targets in steel and aluminum equally effectively with no reduction in sensing distance.
With the option of an abrasion-resistant ACTIVSTONE® coating, sensors from Contrinex’s Weld-Immune range offer the highest level of weld-spatter resistance.
